Wing Chun's Bil Jee or Wing Chun's Deadly Thrusting Fingers

The Buddhist abbess Ng Mui came away from the Shaolin Temple with the sacred knowledge of the other four abbots. The highest form of kung fu to practice, the usage of the fingers as a strikng weapon and Dim Mak "Death Striking." Ng Mui passed this knowledge to the young orphan girl Yim Wing Chun along with the Wing Chun Shaolin School of the Thirty Wing Chun Bil Jee Pressure Points. These cavity strikes are holes on the body that chi energy constantly flow over. Once these holes are closed, they give a painful paralyzing or crippling effect to the individual, on which it is applied. Many Shaolin Masters and systems or styles have Bil Jee incorporated in them, but few know exactly how to execute this deadly art.

When referring to Bil Jee, most styles only emphasize the striking of the eyes or throat, and the technique of striking straight into this soft tissue, thus disabling an attacker. To effectively use Bil Jee one must have constant practice of the Bil Jee form for five years. This consists of four hours training a day along with study of the 30 pressure points, that includes: 10 on the front of the body, 12 on the back, and 8 on the arms (4 inside the arms and 4 outside of the arm). The practitioners must know the organs and bowels meridians and how the blood affects the body according to the seasons, days and time. In this modem time, it's good to have the knowledge of Wing Chun's Deadly Art of Thrusting Fingers, however, you cannot kill your opponent.

This ancient knowledge teaches you to become well versed in staying in the harmony of good health, with massage and energy flow. The 30 pressure points can increase internal chi flow for longevity and youthful vitality. The Bil Jee Form secretly stretches the meridians, corrects breathing, concentrates energy and shows proper usage of the fingers when striking and doing so with a burst of chi (energy). The proper way of using Bil Jee is to pivot the fingers upon contact You pack the fingers together to protect each one and to learn to focus energy into the fingers. I would also suggest you learn Bil Jee" from a qualified master, for only true masters can break a board using Bil Jee.
